Uyi has garnered over 13 years of hands-on managerial experience in business strategy and strategic investments in the Real Estate Finance & Development, Oil and Gas (Downstream) and the procurement services sectors of the Nigerian and Sub-Saharan African economy. Due to his active participation in several training programs and workshops within Nigeria and internationally, Uyi has developed core skill in Venture Capital, Investment Finance, Procurement Services, Funds Management, Corporate Finance and Structured Trade Finance. Specifically, he has honed his portfolio management acumen in the areas of Debt Capital Structures and Direct Equity Investments.
He is a testament to humble beginnings. This was displayed at Pison Housing Company where he soared up career roles from being the Senior Financial Analyst through to becoming the Vice President, Business Development. In this role, he led a team of business developers to mid-wife multiple infrastructure and developmental projects including a multi-billion naira five star hotel in Victoria Island and 250 units of residential housing along the Lekki corridor in Lagos State. Shortly after this success, he pioneered Ranbrook Resources Limited in 2006, a real estate investment/development company. He currently acts as its Chief Executive officer. He is responsible for the organizational structure, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, and bringing in new projects with a dedication to take Ranbrook Resources Limited to the top.
A seasoned entrepreneur and businessman inspired by the challenge of business pursuits, he formed Woodex Procurement Services Limited a general procurement services company in 2007. As the Group Managing Director, he single handedly grew the company’s annual revenue from almost zero to over half a billion naira ($7M) within two years of operation.
A businessman with great taste for new ventures, Uyi floated Newfield Technical Services Ltd in 2009, to participate actively in the downstream oil & gas sector and the power sector. Under his leadership, Newfield has achieved an average annual turnover of $5.5M since inception
Uyi is an Accounting graduate, he also holds an LL.B in law from University of Lagos and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Ibadan. He is a member of the Institute of Cost Management of Nigeria (ICM) and a dedicated team player devoted to client service excellence and project management development

Mr. Igboanugo is a seasoned financial analyst with proven hands on experiences in both financial & Management Accounting Services; His work experience spans over 22 years with the last 15 years in top management positions. Prior to joining Ranbrook Resources Ltd , he was a onetime General Manager (Finance) of Altak Industries Limited, Ibadan, the Chief Accountant of Berec Nigeria Plc, Senior Accountant of Allam Agro Allied Industries Limited and other lower cadre positions. His passion for the real estate industry has seen him involved in some personal transactions over the years, ranging from direct investment, site and service schemes and lots more. Felix is currently the Chief Financial Analyst (CFA) of Ranbrook Resources Ltd.
Mr Igboanugo, a graduate of Accounting from The Polytechnic Ibadan (1991) and a Chartered Accountant ( ACA) , also holds a Master’s Degree in Managerial Psychology, (MMP) from the University of Ibadan (2000) and Masters of Business Administration, (MBA) from same University. Having risen through the ranks to the peak of his career, he is versatile, experienced and diligent in accounting, financial and managerial matters.

Efe’s extensive years at the bar spans a wide array of practice areas. Currently overseeing the firm’s Litigation unit, she also focuses on several transactions relating to contemporary areas of corporate and commercial Law. Efe brings on board a great deal of passion and commitment to excellent service delivery to the firm’s highly varied clients.
She took a keen interest in litigation as a young lawyer when on a visit to a prison facility for community service. She got moved by the plight of a suspect awaiting trial for close to two years and immediately took up a pro-bono case for him securing his release on bail after which trail went on and judgment was subsequently given.
Efe has had an enviable career across the years working in various capacities such as company Lawyer, Solicitor, Advisor, Associate and head of chambers. The clients she has represented include Government agencies and parastatals, financial institutions and other private organizations, corporate bodies and individuals.
Efe holds an LLB from the prestigious University of Benin, Nigeria and is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
